JOB PURPOSE: The Admissions and Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the school’s enrolment goals and brand visibility. This position provides administrative, communications, and event support throughout the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ), from initial inquiry to a student’s first day, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for families. The role also contributes to marketing initiatives that promote the school’s mission, values, and programs. You will qualify leads through the BLANT process, work on student re-enrolment & withdraw process, identify ways to increase retention to help Country Day School reach its FTE (full time students) targets. You will play a key role in maintaining and enriching our CRM with accurate data, which is essential for informed decision-making and effective strategic planning. 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with preferable experience in customer service, marketing, communications, education, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce a plus) or admissions platforms preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • A warm, professional demeanour and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
  • Team player – able to work as one integrated, collaborative MAC team to drive outcomes.
