Functions and Responsibilities

We are looking for a teacher who can lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) Economics course, while also teaching Business Management. The ideal candidate will create engaging and meaningful learning experiences that connect economic and business concepts to real-world contexts, fostering students’ analytical skills, critical thinking, ethical awareness, and understanding of global issues.

Through a collaborative, student-centred approach, the successful candidate will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and academic excellence.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and recognized professional qualification in Education, Business Administration, Economics or a closely related field.

• Teaching experience in bilingual or international schools.

• Previous experience teaching IB DP Economics and Business Management is preferred.

• The ideal candidate will be able to lead the IB DP Economics course in terms of planning and assessment development.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in digital learning tools, educational technologies, and innovative teaching methodologies.

• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A collaborative, adaptable, and student-centred approach, with a commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development.
