HRIS Business Analyst 

 

Nord Anglia Education is looking to hire an HRIS Business Analyst on a 1 year fixed-term contract.

 

You’ll support the SuccessFactors transformation by gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment between HR needs and system delivery. You’ll work across project and BAU teams to ensure requirements are traceable through design, build, testing, and deployment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high‑quality delivery and smooth transition into BAU and ongoing enhancements. Your role will impact the organisation by improving delivery efficiency,

 

The Role:

 

  • Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements, identifying gaps and helping define effective solutions.
  • Support project delivery through design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation and ensure compliance with governance and delivery standards.
  • Assist with system integrations, onboarding activities and transitions to business-as-usual (BAU) support.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate knowledge transfer to support successful adoption and operational readiness.

What we're looking for:

 

  • Experience as BA in HRIS or transformation programmes
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Experience with testing, UAT, and requirements traceability
  • Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and
    cultures.
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
  • Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
  • You’d like to work in a purpose-led sector.
