HRIS Tech Lead

 

Nord Anglia Education is looking for a HRIS Tech Lead to join us on a 1 year fixed-term contract.

 

In this role, you will lead the technical design, integration, and delivery of the SuccessFactors platform, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture. You’ll work closely with functional and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, supporting both project delivery and long‑term BAU stability. You’ll play a critical role in building a scalable, resilient HRIS ecosystem that supports a global, digitally enabled HR operating model. Your role will impact the organisation by ensuring system reliability, enabling integrations, and reducing dependency on external vendors.

 

The role:

 

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
  • Manage integrations, system configuration, data migration, testing, and release management to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish and support a scalable operational support model, ensuring system performance, reliability, and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain strong governance, security, and compliance standards, including data protection, access controls, and audit readiness.
  • Drive solution quality, minimise rework, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

What we're looking for:

 

  • Strong technical expertise in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and global platforms
  • Proven delivery in transformation programmes
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
  • Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
  • You’d like to work in a purpose-led sector.
