Reporting to the Group Head of Admissions & Sales, you'll design, develop, and implement a global professional learning and capability programme for Marketing, Admissions and Commercial colleagues across Nord Anglia.

The Role:

  • You'll lead the development of the first Nord Anglia Commercial Academy, creating structured professional learning pathways that support colleagues from entry-level admissions roles through to school, regional and executive commercial leadership. These pathways will include foundation, practitioner, leadership and executive-level development programmes helping colleagues understand how to grow their schools via new student enrolments, while also focussing on retention.
  • You'll translate Nord Anglia's commercial ambition into practical competency frameworks, learning programmes, professional standards, assessment approaches, accreditation pathways and career development opportunities.
  • You'll help establish Admissions and Sales as a recognised profession within Nord Anglia by making clear what excellent performance looks like, the capabilities required at each career stage and how colleagues can progress into specialist and leadership roles.

  • You'll work closely with regional and school teams to understand capability needs, identify performance gaps and create targeted development interventions. You'll ensure professional learning is connected to commercial priorities and contributes to measurable improvements in parent experience, team effectiveness, conversion and sustainable enrolment growth.
  • Ultimately, this role will ensure every Marketing, Admissions and Commercial colleague has access to clear standards, outstanding development and meaningful opportunities to progress, making commercial capability a sustainable competitive advantage for Nord Anglia.
