We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Upper Primary Learning Assistant to join our vibrant Primary School team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, supporting high-quality learning experiences and helping students develop the confidence, skills, and independence they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

The successful candidate will play an important role in our inclusive learning environment, providing academic and pastoral support to students, contributing to classroom organisation, and working collaboratively with teachers to ensure that every learner can reach their full potential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with children, and is committed to fostering a positive, engaging, and supportive learning atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Upper Primary-aged students (Grades 4-5) and a strong understanding of their academic, social, and emotional development needs.
