Job Description
DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS & MARKETING, Nord Anglia, Prague British International School
As Director of Admissions & Marketing (DAM), you will be a member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), with overall responsibility for driving student enrolment and delivering an exceptional experience for families throughout their journey with the school – from first awareness and enquiry through to enrolment, re-enrolment and advocacy.
Reporting to the Principal, with a dotted line to the Regional Director of Admissions & Marketing, you will lead the school’s Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) strategy and team. You will work closely with colleagues across the school and the wider Nord Anglia network to strengthen the school’s reputation, community and market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the school’s Admissions, Marketing and Communications strategy, developing and delivering an effective MAC plan aligned with the school’s strategic priorities.
- Drive enrolment performance by generating enquiries, improving conversion and supporting strong re-enrolment, using data and CRM insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
- Lead the Family Experience Journey, ensuring families receive a highly personalised, professional and seamless experience at every stage, both in person and digitally.
- Build and develop the MAC team, providing leadership, coaching and support to ensure high standards across admissions, marketing, communications, digital and research.
- Strengthen the school’s brand and reputation by developing clear and consistent messaging, visual identity and communications across all channels.
- Build strong internal and external relationships with staff, parents, students and key stakeholders, including relocation agents, embassies, feeder schools, employers and other partners.
- Use market knowledge, research and performance data to identify trends, understand competitors and target audiences, and advise the SLT on opportunities for growth.
- Manage the MAC budget and resources effectively, ensuring activity delivers strong value and supports the school’s enrolment and reputation goals.
- Work collaboratively with Regional, Central and global Nord Anglia MAC teams to share best practice and deliver high-quality initiatives.

About You
You will be degree educated and have at least seven years of relevant experience in brand-building, sales and/or marketing, ideally within a service-focused environment.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
