Regents International School Pattaya is looking to recruit an outstanding Head of Faculty - Enterprise to lead our Business, Economics, IT, Computer Science and Digital Societies provision and drive excellent teaching and learning across the Faculty.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To lead, model and deliver consistently excellent teaching and learning, embodying the Regents Teaching and Learning Consistencies and Principles through the highest expectations for all, a strong academic ethos, inclusive practice, high levels of student participation and thinking, and purposeful, responsive teaching that enables every student to thrive.
  • To provide inspirational leadership, support and guidance to colleagues, building a strong teaching team and creating the conditions for both students and staff to excel.
  • To lead high-quality curriculum, assessment and pedagogical development across the Faculty, ensuring rigorous and engaging learning aligned with IGCSE, A Level and IB requirements.
  • To use assessment, student progress information and quality assurance effectively to evaluate provision, strengthen professional practice and secure excellent student outcomes.
  • To contribute significantly to wider school improvement, promoting the priorities and values of Regents and Nord Anglia Education while creating meaningful opportunities for students within and beyond the classroom.
  • The Successful Candidate will possess: Qualified Teacher Status, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, together with a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject or area.
  • A proven track record of successful teaching and clear evidence of developing engaging curricula that enable students to perform highly.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues, establishing a collaborative and high-performing culture with meaningful accountability for outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, together with a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject or area, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • A proven track record of successful teaching, with at least 4–5 years’ teaching experience, and clear evidence of developing and adapting engaging curricula that enable students to perform highly.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues, building a strong, collaborative and high-performing teaching team with meaningful accountability for student outcomes.
  • The ability to lead improvement and manage Faculty provision effectively, using student progress information, resources and professional practice to secure high-quality teaching, learning and outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence a wide range of stakeholders, embrace change and contribute positively to continuous school improvement.

You will combine a passion for excellent teaching and learning with the ability to lead, motivate and develop others. You will communicate confidently across diverse audiences, building strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents, and will bring energy, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement to a fast-paced international school environment.

You must also be able to meet the visa requirements for working in Thailand, including holding a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, and successfully complete the required national and international safeguarding and criminal-record checks.
